John Blake
John is the Head Coach at West Forsyth High School and a longtime educator and coach in North Carolina. A partner at Soccer Resilience® and coach with NC Rush, John brings over a decade of experience developing youth players. He’s led teams at the state’s top showcase events and earned multiple Coach of the Year honors.

Stevie Ewashko
Stephen “Stevie” Ewashko is Head Coach of the Carolina University Development team, NC Rush’s College Advisory Program Director and 2014 Boys Head Coach. A former pro with international experience, Stephen brings over 15 years in coaching, media, and mentorship. He helps players grow on and off the field through leadership, personal development, and guidance in the college process and beyond.

Marcus Daws
Marcus is the founder of Next Generation Football Coaching and a UEFA-certified coach. He played for clubs like Luton Town, Bournemouth, and Southampton, and represented Northern Ireland at the U19 and U21 levels. Marcus brings elite playing and coaching experience to help players reach their full potential.
