What This Experience Offers
This is more than a camp — it's your first step toward professional football in England. Players will be evaluated, coached, and introduced to BISA's Gap Year Program: a full year of senior league competition in England combined with a globally recognized UK University Degree.

Meet Your Coach - PAZ SHAN
Founder, Street Work Soccer Academy & Former Player Recruitment — Manchester City FC
With over 30 years of experience as a player and football coach, Paz Shan has built a career dedicated to developing young talent and creating pathways into professional football. He currently works within the Recruitment Department at Manchester City Academy, supporting the identification and progression of players into the club’s Academy system and previously managed the Manchester City FC Women’s U17s team.
Paz is also the Founder of Street Work Soccer Academy and Head of Street Select, a programme developed in association with Manchester City Academy. Launched in 2021, Street Select identifies talented young players and operates as a direct pathway into elite academy football, with players training at the City Football Academy and gaining exposure to Manchester City Academy coaching environments.
ABOUT the BRITISH INTERNATIonal Soccer Academy
British International Soccer Academy (BISA) gives high school graduates a genuine alternative to the traditional college path. Players will spend a full year in England — training daily, competing in recognized senior leagues, and earning a globally respected UK University Degree (BA/BSc Hons).
